"Run locally by Neil and the family, we have been serving our local community of Football fans for over 10 years, on 142 Drayton Park at the Emirates Stadium. Using traditional seasoning and recipes, the Jerk Kitchen brings to you the best of the Caribbean’s most loved foods including; mouth-watering jerk chicken, The national favorite curry goat and fresh, flavour packed homemade patties. We are now spreading our love for quality Caribbean food across London! Lesley’s Sauces allows you to bring the flavors of the Caribbean to YOUR kitchen! Remember- when you use Lesley’ Sauce you’re not just using our sauce; you’re joining the family!

Birthed at the very start of life at The Jerk Kitchen, Lesley's Sauces were lovingly created by Lesley herself. With taste-buds rooted back to the streets of Jamaica, Lesley set about mixing up a blend of herbs and spices creating her secret blend which became our famous 'Lesley's Jerk Sauce', and began life poured over thousands of hungry football fans at the Emirates Stadium. 

Time and time again we were being asked by customers if they could buy a bottle of 'Lesley's Jerk Sauce' which finally led us to launch for sale to the public in 2016!

We now have a range of 4 different sauces: Jerk Sauce, Pineapple Sweet Chilli, Plum and Hot Pepper!
